Greenery is a Bride's Best Friend
It's not abnormality for brides to pick up the latest bridal magazine or send countless hours on Pinterest in hopes of discovering that truly special look she wants to embody on her wedding day. And with Spring right around the corner, a wedding planner must be in the know with what is hot and what is not so we can be ready to create with our clients.
Every year, Pantone releases a magical color that must be incorporated into any event happening that year. Whether it be a wedding, fundraiser, or even gala, Pantone is ultimate first step when it comes to color selection. This year is no different and before we even knew what we were doing, our first event of year completely embraced the Pantone color or should we say organic matter: greenery.
Greenery is described as “an omnipresent hue around the world.” One can use greenery in many ways from plumping up a bridal bouquet with dusty miller, creating a flowing runner with eucalyptus, or making a dramatic statement with banana leaves.
This beautiful shade pairs well with a variety of color palettes, from neutrals, brights, deeper shades, and even past Pantone Colors of the Year such as Marsala and even make great wedding stationary, chair ribbons, decor accents and bridal accessories! The possibility are truly limitless and we couldn't be more excited to see it in action with our 2017 brides. What are some of your favorite ways to decorate with greenery?
